Key Responsibilities

• Provide detox and behavioral health nursing services

• Develop individualized care plans and complete risk assessments

• Connect patients with appropriate community-based services

• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff

• Accurately document patient care and treatment activities

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license or Compact license

Pay Details: $16.00 to $25.00 per hour
