Registered Nurse RN - Hospice Services - Weekend OnCall (Friday 5p - Monday 8a)

$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS

This is an earn as you go bonus plan and does not require a contract of employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan

• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner

• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice

• Maintain continuity of patient care in a hospice setting

How our interview process works:

1. Upon submission of your application, your resume will be reviewed.

2. When selected, you will be invited to complete a Virtual Interview (hosted by HireVue OnDemand) to provide you the opportunity to introduce yourself and your skill set to us.

a. To get started, you will need a front-facing camera and microphone, a computer, tablet, or smart phone, and approximately 15 minutes of your time.

1. When submission is reviewed, the recruiter will reach out to schedule a final interview (virtually through Microsoft Teams) with the Hospice Team (Administrator & Director of Nursing)

2. When hired, a job offer will be extended electronically.

• Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
