PRN - Weekend Morning Shifts

St. Luke's Health-The Woodlands Hospital offers leading-edge treatments and services to our North Houston, TX community including North Harris and Montgomery counties. The Woodlands Hospital provides expertise in a broad range of services, including heart care, neurology, sports medicine, diagnostic imaging, women's services, neurosciences, pediatric care (Newborn and Level II nurseries) surgery, pathology, pulmonary care and sleep disorders. Our clinical affiliations include Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Heart® Institute, The Dan L Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Texas Children's Hospital. St. Luke's Health - Lakeside Hospital is a joint hospital dedicated to serving The Woodlands community.

The Dan L Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center at The Woodlands Hospital extends innovative cancer care to the North Houston community. In collaboration with Baylor College of Medicine, we're equipped to pave the way for even more revolutionary discoveries and groundbreaking approaches to cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Our team is committed to providing a full continuum of care, high-touch patient support and access to advanced resources, all within a community hospital setting.

Responsibilities

With our combined resources, we are committed to building healthy communities, advocating for those who are poor and vulnerable, and innovating how and where healing can happen, both inside our hospitals and out in the community. In this role, your patients will be critically ill or unstable following extensive injury, surgery, or life threatening diseases. Our nurses wear many hats daily from patient advocate to family advisor and, in some cases, even friend.

Infusion Nursing Role

• Administer life saving and therapuedic medications to patients

• Patience and focus to constantly monitor high acuity setting

• Proven ability to think and react quickly in critical situations

• Passion for excellence in delivering quality care

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas

BLS with skills demonstration

One year Rn expereince

Preferred Qualifications:

One (1) year of RN infusion experience preferred

Bachelors in Nursing Preferred

Pay Range

$35.00 - $50.75 /hour
