RN - Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Operating Room Pool

Summary:

Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Responsible for professional accountability and development. Required experience is 18 months Acute Care/Specialty. Position fills needs within the department.

The preferred experience is a minimum of 18 months of Operating Room experience as an RN. Operating Room RN experience in Pediatric cases preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RN (Registered Nurse)

• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department

• Preferred Nurse Specialty

Education:

• Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing

• Preferred Bachelor's Nursing

Experience:

• Required 18 months Acute Care/Specialty

• Clinical skills appropriate to position

• Interpersonal skills
