Position Description: RN

The Clinical Nurse II responsibilities include: ?

• Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.

• Responsible for professional accountability and development.

• Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

• SIPP Only: Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance and supervision to a child.

• BLS (Basic Life Support)?

• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department?

• Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing?

• Preferred Bachelor's Nursing?

Experience: ?

• Required experience includes 1 year RN Acute Care experience

• OR 6 months RN Acute Care experience with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment.

Location: Morton Plant Hospital

Status: Full Time, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 6:45pm - 7:15am

Weekend Work: Every Other

On Call: No
