RN Triage

Job Description

We are looking to recruit an RN for a Triage role. This will be a practice nurse who will have some face to face patient interaction ( POC testing , covid admin, BP checks etc) and will additionally be responsible for telephone triage but not answering live calls just doing call backs and in basket work.

The RN is responsible for triaging patients for their assigned providers with the following duties

• Facilitating patient access to the clinic

• Returning patient calls

• Reviewing and refilling prescriptions

• Responding to patient portal messages

• Providing patient education regarding disease and medication management

This is located in Philadelphia, public trans accessible. Parking is not provided.

Skills and Requirements

Covid Vaccinated

BLS/CPR Certification

Registered Nurse with state licensure or Graduate of an NLN accredited

1+ Years of Experience

Ability to multitask multiple calls null
