  • The Senior Business Development Manager will partner with global Business Ventures, North America Marketing and legal teams in supporting innovative solutions & go-to-market plans. He / she will work on key programs which include: 1) New business models, Preventative Care solutions in the Payer / Insurance channel in various segments; 2) developing new retail opportunities focused on Social Commerce & emerging Pure Plan/B&M retailers and 3) advise internal stakeholders on Retail Health opportunities for existing retailers (e.g. Amazon Health, Best Buy Health, etc).

    Your role

    • Project management to deliver pilots & integrate into the business, with support from account managers

    • Internal stakeholder management and partnership with brand teams, functional experts, and legal counsel to ensure successful launch and development of value propositions meeting customer requirements

    • Engaging global teams to prepare for key stage-gate meetings, and reporting progress of key initiatives

    • Building a knowledge base and expertise in the relevant new business domains

    You're the right fit it:

    • Passion and experience in evolving consumer, retail, digital, and health landscape

    • Skilled in building internal and external relationship & networks, including the ability to change thinking of or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship

    • History of negotiating complex business deals that provide value to all parties

    • Project program management skills (work planning, tracking, prioritization)

    • Experience with insurers, retailers, and or wellness and HealthTech providers in the consumer health ecosystem a plus

    • Experience with digital go-to market approaches & principles (digital consumer experience, acquisition, utilization, engagement, retention) a plus

    • Experience working with or on IT systems, architecture, implementation a plus.

    • Strong leadership skills to engage and inspire virtual teams across different departments, brands and locations

    • Five plus (5+) years B2C/B2B2C Marketing / Sales / Business Development

    • MBA preferred
