    The Silicon Design group is a diverse team of world class silicon engineers. We have 100+ years of cumulative hands-on experience in architecture, logic design, verification, physical design, emulation and firmware. We use the latest silicon technologies and processes to help our clients create well-designed solutions to highly complex challenges. We are designing and developing next-generation, high performance SoCs, supporting our clients in their drive to deliver their product vision to their users. We are involved in all aspects of chip design from definition and architecture through to verification and signoff.     You Are

    A growth focused sales professional who has successfully created positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. You know - and have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest cloud-based technologies.

    The work

    • Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.

    • Interacts with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determines pursuit strategies, develops client messaging plans and relationships, and applies industry-leading transformation strategies and practices.

    • Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.

    • Operates within large teams and directs specific team sales activities.

    • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

    • Expectation to reside in the Bay Area or relocate to the Bay Area.

    What you'll need:

    • Must have a minimum of 10 years of semiconductor sales management including managing/developing strategic account relationship.

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience selling complex semiconductor solutions.

    • Minimum of 5 years' previous experience in selling ASIC Design services

    • Minimum of 8 years' Sales Pursuit Management experience

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct sales with quota preferably in excess of $10M

    • Experience selling complex semiconductor solutions.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

    Bonus points if you have

    • Knowledge of video, AI and imaging technologies coupled with all the aspects of an ASIC design is a strong plus

    • Previous experience ASIC Design or Semiconductor Technology R&D is highly valued, such an experience either from a Product Company or a Service Company

    • Experience working within a high-growth, services company with the ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with deep experience presenting to senior management. Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome.

    • Sales record and trustworthy connection in the decision-making engineering senior management of the above companies is one of the key requirements.

    • Experience and understanding of how to navigate large and complex customer organizations to gain access to key executives, engineering and purchasing decision makers.

    • Excellent networking capabilities including internal and external customers.

    • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.

    • Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.

    • Demonstrated commitment, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.

    • High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.

    • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.

    • Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility and character.

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth ~~~ accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
