  • ADP is hiring a Sales Operations Manager - for WWCO (Worldwide Commerical Operations) CoE (Center of Excellence)

    This is a hybrid role based out of our Florham Park NJ, or Maitland, FL office. Qualified candidates must live within commutable distance to one of these locations to be considered.

    ADP is looking to hire a Sales Operations Manager (part of the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence) to transform and drive improvement initiatives within our Global Proposals CoE . We are seeking an individual who is comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, has high energy, thinks analytically and critically, thrives when things start to move faster, and is focused on innovation. This person will be focused on optimizing our approach to proposal responses and content operations, while focusing on areas where we can streamline our processes. The successful candidate will form strong business stakeholder relationships with a variety of internal clients, collaborate with other key functions and communicate effectively on change management and successful completion of key project objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Works closely with leadership to understand and modernize RFx support processes.

    • Problem solve key day-to-day support issues, while focusing on long-term priorities around proposal modernization and content development.

    • Partner with multiple internal functions (e.g. Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, etc.) to develop and implement a plan to transform and optimize our content operations.

    • Designs and develops content repository that aligns with GenAI, Auto-Answer, and automation efforts

    • Collaborates cross-functionally to support objectives by prioritizing content updates through efficient, measurable & scalable processes.

    • Provide data-driven analysis to document and define activities that support change initiatives.

    • Apply industry leading tools and frameworks to support team members as they adapt to change.

    • Ability to identify and articulate organizational gaps based on goals and demand.

    • Identify additional areas of support that can be automated and/or improved.

    • Develop actionable key performance indicators and operational metrics.

    • Ensure that change objectives have been met and investigate any gaps.

    • Provide initial responses using the designated software (Responsive).

    • Ability to handle difficult conversations and drive consensus.

    • Ability to accelerate decision-making by proactively facilitating reviews and escalations

    Qualifications Required:

    • A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

    • At least 5+ years of business operations, customer operations, sales operations experience or systems integration environment

    • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinker.

    • Proactive mindset to identify gaps and potential issues.

    • Demonstrated success in process improvement and driving change.

    • Creative problem-solving skills.

    • Strong Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint skills.

    • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholder and partner expectations and self-prioritize.

    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix teams.

    Preferred Qualifications : Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

    • Successful history of transforming an existing content practice.

    • Project Management background and approach.

    • SQL knowledge and understanding of relational databases.

    • Ownership mindset, making the customer top priority, curiosity, and high ethical standards.

    • Ability to formulate problem statements and structure analysis to solve them.

    • Relationship builder and connector, ability to strive in fast-paced evolving work environment.

    • Knowledge of HR and Payroll industry tools and best-practices, a plus.
