    You Are:

    A proven client adviser, excited by solving our clients' toughest business challenges with SAP technologies. You lead your clients with a strong point of view that you have constructed with your experience helping fortune 500 clients address the challenges of modernizing and digitizing their supply chain with a focus on logistics. You possess broad transformation and industry experience, and deep SAP functional skills. You can lead projects and teams and have strong communication, people and executive presence skills that help you build credibility with senior client executives.

    The Work:

    • Use your SAP Supply Chain & Operations and technical expertise to decipher clients' needs in warehouse management.

    • Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art Extended warehouse management (EWM) and transport management (TM) solutions

    • Lead delivery of stand-out SAP EWM and TM solutions that meet your clients' unique needs and position them for long-term success

    • Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients' senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term transportation management vision to life

    • Grow Accenture's SAP practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts

    • Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by continuing to build your own and your team's expertise in SAP

    • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

    Here's What You Need:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Management. Including two years' experience with SAP EWM

    • Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience with WM and/or MM and EWM process design documents , configuration and writing functional design documents

    • Must have deep understanding of the SCM functional integration points with order to cash, procure to pay process areas and third-party integrations

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience running requirements gathering sessions, fit/gap analysis, end-user testing and go-live support

    • Minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management

    • Experience managing teams of 10+, including offshore teams

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

    Bonus Points :

    • You have experience with S/4HANA

    • You have experience leading or contributing to sales pursuit for SAP related work

    • You have experience in a client-facing consulting role

    • You have broader supply chain knowledge and experience

    • Experience working with senior-level & C-Suite leadership

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.     Colorado: $93,400 to $223,300

    New York: $86,500 to 258,500
