    About the Role:

    Intel Foundry is looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, influential, and experienced marketing leader. This is a highly visible and critical role reporting to the Head of Segment Marketing for Intel Foundry, with frequent interaction with leaders across Intel Foundry and Intel.

    As a Segment marketing manager for Intel Foundry, you will be part of a worldwide organization and interface directly with customers operating primarily in the North American region, and support other regions, and internal and external partners to drive the adoption of Intel technology for foundry customers in the High-Performance Compute (HPC) Segment with a focus on compute elements e.g. CPU, GPU TPU i.e. xPUs and AI . We are looking for a marketing professional who can be a true customer champion to help grow revenue and expand our foundry customer base in the HPC Segment .

    This role requires a deep understanding of the semiconductor bill of materials, roadmaps, chip architectures, and requirements at leading cloud, data center semiconductor solution provider companies. Previous experience as a segment manager at a leading-edge foundry, or as a product manager or architect/chip designer at a leading fabless semiconductor company, or foundry interface manager would be a great asset. Strategic thinking, data driven analytical skills, technical and business acumen, ability to present and communicate concisely and clearly are all critical requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Ongoing contribution to the HPC market requirements document (MRD) capturing market dynamics, requirements, and new customers to target.

    • Maintain Intel Foundry HPC strategy and specify the required solutions to win at the target customers.

    • Drive Account Based Marketing (ABM) approach for key target customers.

    • Develop requirements for solutions to successfully expand into selected market segment, drive requirements into roadmaps, and promote solutions in customer engagement.

    • Partner with sales and business development leaders to align on and support business goals.

    • Develop training for Sales, Business development teams and partners.

    • Build and maintain customer roadmap and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis (with business analysts).

    • Develop go-to-market plans, customer facing presentations and positioning.

    • Represent Intel Foundry at industry events and conferences.

    • Track customer engagements and provide input for long-term revenue plans for business planning.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • BS in Engineering or Business or related field with 12+ years of experience

    • 5+ years of experience in customer, supplier or partner relationship with experience in High Performance Compute Systems with a focus on compute elements e.g CPU, GPU, TPU and AI.

    • 5+ years of experience business development or product marketing or product management including product positioning, messaging, competitive and market segment analysis, contract negotiations, pricing.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in the Foundry industry managing segments, customer, supplier or partner relationships, ideally with experience in advanced semiconductor technologies, and be able to translate application-level needs to silicon, IP, and package level requirements

    Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $162,600.00-$284,620.00

    *Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

    Working Model

    This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
