Job Description

• Own the contract review preparation for the NonBrokerage Controllership Service Lines

• Join with the Controllership team in partnering with FP& A and other stakeholders to drive effective coordination and communication throughout the monthly close process

• Perform regular and recurring accounting functions requiring professional competency

• Establish appropriate procedures for preparation of accounting records, research of transactions, and reporting

• Prepare, review, and analyze journal entries to the general ledger for the company ensuring data integrity and accuracy

• Listen, analyze and work with other functions to propose entries that need to be made in areas where judgement is required.

• Research and respond to internal and external accounting/financial questions and resolve issues

• Assist in ensuring key internal controls and effective accounting policies are in place.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• 2+ years in accounting roles, preferably with financial close experience

• Strong knowledge of ERP's and database software packages Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Effective and efficient time management and organization skills

• Detail oriented and thorough

• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Self-directed individual who is comfortable working in a team environment

• Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility and team approach to work
