Assist in monthly general ledger close and financial statement preparation. Timely closing within 5-7 business days of month-end. Monitors, reviews and reconciles official and general ledger accounts on dany, weekly and montmy basis 50%
Assists in preparation of regulatory and audit reports. Assists with NCUA, FRB, Opinion Exams/Audit cycles. Assists with resolution of findings or DOR items 5%
Performs HTM payroll and biweekly AHM/HFCU payroll entries and recons, handles monthly benefits entries and reconciliations 5%
Manage corporate cash and wire desk 35% Manage Tax related programs primarily for employee State and Federal taxes
Fixed Assets, GL, Regulatory Reporting, Internal/External Audit, Wire Transactions, Treasury, Depreciation, Bank Reconciliation
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
4+ YOE as an Accountant
B.S. in Accounting or Finance
1+ YOE of Fixed Assets
1+ YOE of Tax
