    The Senior Channel & Partner Enablement Manager, BTS is responsible for enabling the worldwide adoption & sale of BTS products. Responsibilities include working closely with the BTS R&D team, Product Management team and Sales / FAE team along with channel partners (distributors and value-added-integrators (VAIs) ) to conceive, build and promote an effective HW/SW enablement ecosystem, reference designs & PoCs (Proof of Concept) that allow for easier adoption of BTS/QNX products by customers into Automotive, Medical, Industrial, Transportation, Robotics, Drones, IoT, Aerospace, Building Automation and other mission critical applications

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish in-region strategies for ecosystem development and product enablement in conjunction with the regional and executive Sales Management team
    • Ensure implementation of policies, procedures, quality standards, and monitoring systems. Track issues and drives compliance.
    • Represent the organization at all regional channel partners with technical & business aspects of BTS products and enablement tools available.
    • Understand customer needs, degree of interest, and/or satisfaction with company products & enablement strategies. Monitor competitor sales efforts and strategies ensuring market intelligence is passed to HQ product management & marketing functions.
    • Provide liaison with operational departments (R&D, Product Mgmt, etc) to define & develop Product Enablement requirements and ensure on-time delivery and resolution of any technical related problem

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • University degree in Engineering
    • Strong spoken and written English
    • Experience in developing partner ecosystem and defining, developing key hardware / software enablement platforms that aid in selling BTS products into Automotive, Medical, Industrial, Transportation, Robotics, Drones, IoT, Aerospace, Building Automation and other mission critical applications that require safety, security & reliability
    • 10+ years of direct hands-on work experience Embedded hardware & software. Strong technical background in embedded software, semiconductor, boards & system level solutions is required
    • Self starter with strong interpersonal, communication, presentation & time management skills
    • Required travel is 15% - 20%
