    Top global investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financial restructuring, and valuation has partnered with Robert Half Legal in their search for a hybrid contract-to-hire Senior Conflicts Manager.

    This is a chance to work with a firm that is recession proof and has offices worldwide.

    The Senior Conflicts Manager will identify, review, and resolve conflicts of interest within the firm. This role involves daily reviews of conflict check reports, managing conflicts databases, and preparing detailed summaries for senior attorneys

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conflicts Identification and Management:

    • Review conflicts check requests for new and existing engagements.

    • Identify and manage potential conflicts, document resolutions, and draft necessary disclosures and memos.

    • Maintain and optimize conflicts databases, ensuring data integrity.

    • Communicate complex conflicts issues with senior attorneys.

    • Relationship Research and Disclosure:

    • Research relevant parties and corporate relationships for disclosure purposes.

    • Generate and analyze relationship reports, and draft disclosure summaries.

    Must be hybrid, in office 2 days per week.

    Can sit in any of the following offices: Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago. Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.

    Paralegals with conflicts experience are encouraged to apply!

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Minimum two years of experience in conflicts management, preferably in a corporate law firm or professional services firm.

    • Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred.

    • Proficient in financial databases, online research tools, Microsoft Office, and SEC/state corporate filings.

    • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

    • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and work well under pressure.

    Salary Range upon hire

    • $85,000.00 - $130,000.00, with additional discretionary incentive compensation.
