Job Description

Oracle Health Ambulatory ASP is hiring a Senior Consultant to deliver consulting services to our revenue cycle clients. You will consult with clients on service line workflows and guide them through interdependencies and important design decisions. You will provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders. Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients. The position will lead projects focused on patient scheduling and patient accounting. As a Senior Consultant, you will mitigate solution risks and execute workflow and process improvement strategies. You will also lead client events and drive internal team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead revenue cycle and scheduling initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.

• Empower clients to make informed decisions by providing expert guidance on design considerations and service line workflows.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering comprehensive solutions, direction, and expertise.

• Proactively identify and address potential risks associated with revenue cycle and scheduling solutions.

• Champion workflow and process improvement strategies, fostering operational efficiency and enhanced revenue generation.

• Mentor and develop fellow associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

US: Hiring Range: from $24.86 to $60.63 per hour; from $51,700 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
