  • As a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist you will be instrumental in UL Solutions efforts in delighting and engaging our existing customer base. This role will be responsible for developing and executing customer marketing strategies to drive customer retention, loyalty, and advocacy.

    • Develop a deep understanding of our customer base, their needs, preferences, and pain points, as well as their journey and lifecycle stages.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, and marketing, to develop and execute customer marketing programs and initiatives.

    • Develop comprehensive customer marketing plans and campaigns to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty across various channels, including email marketing, customer newsletters, webinars, events, and more.

    • Create personalized and targeted marketing content and communications to nurture and retain existing customers, promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and encourage advocacy and referrals.

    • Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies and personas to tailor marketing messages and offers to specific customer segments.

    • Monitor and analyze customer engagement and satisfaction metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Develop and manage customer loyalty and advocacy programs to incentivize and reward loyal customers and brand advocates.

    • Collaborate with the product team to gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancement initiatives.

    • Partner with the demand generation team to develop targeted marketing campaigns to re-engage inactive or at-risk customers. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer marketing and customer experience

    LI-Hybrid

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    • 4-5 years of experience in customer marketing, retention marketing, or related roles.

    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy.

    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.

    • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing tools and technologies.

    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
