    Job Description:

    Our client is looking for an innovative Senior Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing new approaches to digital marketing in healthcare. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to guide digital engagement, promotion, and content strategies that support the development and commercialization of early cancer detection. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will work in an exciting, highly dynamic, and fast-paced growing organization.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

    • Assist in shaping the digital strategy and take charge of day-to-day implementation of digital initiatives and campaigns, leveraging a comprehensive grasp of the market landscape to enhance digital engagement, boost sales, and attain overarching business goals.

    • Develop and execute demand-generation strategies to enhance customer utilization of our product and services, fostering deeper engagement, long-term loyalty, and revenue growth.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like sales and customer experience teams to understand customer needs, pain points, and success stories, using this information to tailor marketing efforts accordingly and create targeted and personalized digital campaigns.

    • Develop and manage customer engagement programs that facilitate routine ordering and referrals.

    • Lead content creation and digital sales enablement initiatives to support demand generation and customer utilization efforts.

    • Conduct regular A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

    • Develop and implement innovative content strategies that explore creative avenues (i.e., interactive infographics, immersive podcasts, and user-generated content campaigns).

    • Ensure that all content is aligned with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.

    • Regularly analyze marketing campaign performance, utilizing key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on data-driven analysis.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, English, or a related field.

    • 6+ years of digital marketing experience required across various channels.

    • 2 years of project management experience.

    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of traditional and non-traditional marketing channels including search engine optimization, marketing automation platforms, and CRM.

    • Creative thinker with excellent writing skills with the ability to make complex ideas simple.

    • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

    • Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting including website and advertising analytic tools.

    • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing in English is essential.

    • Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, or Tag Manager, Marketing Cloud & SFDC is preferred.

    • Experience with Adobe creative cloud is a plus.

    • Prior healthcare marketing experience is a plus.
