As a Senior Director of Design and Construction, you will be responsible for the development, design, architectural review, estimating, and execution of capital construction projects.

    Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $132100 - $178400 / year

    In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.     Responsibilities

    • Implement frameworks, standards, and governance processes, while partnering with key stakeholders

    • Educate and influence stakeholders to drive the development and design agenda tomaximizefinancial investment

    • Coordinate environmental surveying, local agency permitting, planned unit development submission, traffic study, town hearings, and geo-technical work

    • Prepare and record approval requests, commitments, contracts, and payment applications following project specific policies and guidelines

    • Oversee the construction process such as construction bids, bid negotiations, contracts, equipment arrivals, site personnel, build progress, issuance of progress payments, inspections, and resolution of plan deviations

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field

    • Minimum of 10 years of related experience, including strategic support of senior executives aligning capital construction, program management, and managing finances aligning strategies with business priorities

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an owner's representative or lead construction project manager overseeing projects exceeding a 100 million

    • Experience in successfully leading capital construction design and managing in an environment undergoing change and transformation

    • Experience in purchasing, budgeting, negotiating, and awarding contracts
