  • The goal of this Senior Director, Product Management - Innovation role is to drive scalable growth through creation of new AI driven data and offerings that advance Acxiom's MarTech/AdTech partner ecosystem by defining differentiated offerings for Acxiom's data products.

    Senior Director, Product Management - Innovation

    Excellent candidates will have a track record of demonstrating success in

    Strategic Product Vision:

    Develop and communicate a strategic vision for scaled data product growth within a client and partner ecosystem, aligning offerings with Acxiom's product roadmap and market needs. This candidate needs to help pioneer innovative solutions that harness the power of ML/AI and synthetic data to drive insights, privacy protection, and audience engagement for Acxiom clients and within the MarTech/AdTech ecosystem. This role is expected to

    • Develop and articulate a strategic vision for driving growth in Acxiom's data product portfolio through MarTech/AdTech partnerships.

    • Contribute to Acxiom's product roadmap based on knowledge of partner and market demands, ensuring differentiation and value creation.

    • Leverage cutting-edge technologies, such as ML/AI to empower businesses with advanced capabilities for client testing, audience building, and predictive analytics, while safeguarding individual privacy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Cross-Functional Leadership:

    • Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to conceptualize, define, and deliver multi-product offerings.

    • Foster alignment with partner teams to co-create joint value propositions.

    • Identify and cultivate repeatable offerings scalable across multiple partners, facilitating revenue growth.

    Market Understanding:

    • Monitor marketing technology, data analytics, and CRM trends to identify market needs and opportunities.

    • Develop tailored offerings addressing common pain points and delivering tangible value to marketers.

    • Translate market needs into technical requirements and communicate enhanced value within partner solutions.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in marketing technology, data analytics, and cloud services.

    • Architect and communicate offerings combining Acxiom data, identity, and real-time services with partner technologies.

    • Define partner solutions leveraging Acxiom data products to drive joint customer value and sales growth.

    • Attain certifications in partner technology products to ensure comprehensive understanding and integration possibilities.

    • Champion the integration of machine learning engineering (MLE) and artificial intelligence (AI) into product offerings to enhance data-driven insights and decision-making capabilities.

    • Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and industry trends, exploring opportunities to enhance audience building capabilities and maintain a competitive edge in the MarTech/AdTech landscape.

    • Explore opportunities to leverage synthetic data for enhanced privacy, security, and scalability with clients and partnership solutions.

    • Collaborate with ML/AI experts to develop innovative approaches for leveraging Acxiom's data assets within partner ecosystems.

    • Drive research and development efforts to refine techniques, ensuring scalability and adaptability to diverse use cases across MarTech/AdTech partnerships.

    Client Management:

    • Provide product integration expertise to support partner development efforts for new customer acquisition, upselling, and overall growth.

    Thought Leadership:

    • Represent Acxiom as a thought leader in data-driven marketing at industry events, conferences, and forums.

    • Showcase innovative solutions and insights from Acxiom's partnership offerings, positioning Acxiom as a leader in the field.

    Skills Needed to be Successful:

    • 10+ years of product management experience in data services with emphasis in marketing technology, digital marketing, and/or strategic partnerships.

    • Proven ability to lead technical scoping, architecture, and design for complex offerings, driving innovative partnership initiatives and joint value propositions.

    • Strong networking and influence management skills, capable of fostering commitment and driving action across organizational boundaries.

    • Exceptional communication and project management abilities, adept at engaging with senior executives and facilitating strategic collaborations.

    • Track record of building and nurturing mutually beneficial alliance relationships.

    • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in a related field preferred.

    • Knowledge of partner platforms including Salesforce, Adobe, Snowflake, Google, Amazon, Data Bricks, Treasure Data.
