    Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a contract Sr. HR Generalist to work onsite for our client in Doraville, Georgia. This role will be a part time position working 24 hours a week for about 5 months, 3 days a week onsite at the client's office while the HR Manager is on a LOA. This is a contract employment opportunity. Our client has a local office for a company with a National footprint. While the contract role will have this person working autonomously, there will be training by the HR Manager before the LOA begins and also additional peers in other parts of the country who can answer questions from time to time.

    Responsibilities

    • Regularly interact with employees to address their queries, resolve issues, and foster productive professional relationships.

    • Prepare and handle monthly HR reports detailing departmental activities and staff changes.

    • Proficiently work with ADP for all related HR functions and operations.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and federal and state laws and regulations.

    • Assist in HR-related projects as assigned.

    • Use ADP - Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations skills to perform duties.

    • Effectively manage HR duties in the absence of the local HR Manager.

    Requirements

    • Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.

    • Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now is essential.

    • Extensive knowledge of Benefit Functions is required.

    • A strong understanding of Compliance and Employee Relations is important.

    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Proven leadership skills and ability to make decisions independently.

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required

    • Professional certification in Human Resources (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

    • Must be able to collaborate and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary
