We are seeking a seasoned Manager of the Customer Adoption team with experience in the Architectural, Engineering, Construction, and Owner (AEC-O) industry segments. You are an organization leader who is a relentless advocate for customer needs and have the desire to lead a high performing team to build product and technology awareness among customers, partners, and stakeholders together. To be successful in this role, you need to have demonstrable team management experience and be passionate about AEC-O and the transformation that Digital Twin technologies will bring to the industry.
Lead a high-performing global Customer Adoption team, managing organic growth as adoption scales
Develop a best-in-class team through coaching and training based on current and anticipated demand in skills in alignment with individual career growth aspirations
Contribute improvements to the workflow and deliverables that increase the team's efficacy to deliver outstanding customer success
Develop innovative ways to engage with customers using a variety of platforms to drive Tandem adoption/usage ensuring high customer satisfaction and success at all stages of implementation and growth
Partner closely with product managers, engineering managers, UX and other stakeholders to advocate for customer needs identified throughout the customer adoption lifecycle
Establish relationships with customers, learning and understanding their workflows to help ensure their success in the onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Autodesk Tandem
Partner and collaborate with marketing to procure, articulate, and publish customer success stories in innovative ways to various target audiences
Coordinate content development for usage internally with sales, consulting teams, and partners
BA/BS or graduate degree in Technology Management, AEC-O Industry, or similar experience in the AEC-O segments, the built asset lifecycle and BIM
3+ years' experience managing a team of highly technical resources
Demonstrated strong leadership skills
Senior lev experience in customer-facing roles with increasing responsibility
Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to present and engage with both internal and external stakeholders at various organization levels
Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making, and facilitation skills
Strong work ethic, high-quality standards, and a passion for great customer experiences

Salary Midpoint for this Position (Colorado/New York) : $154,000
