About Walmart Last Mile Delivery Supply Chain Finance

Our Last Mile Delivery Finance Team performs an important role in supporting finance forecasting, strategy, and decision support for our Walmart US Store Operations and eCommerce Home Delivery business on customer orders made on our online or from the app. Lead the optimization of processes across forecasting and reporting. Reporting to the Director of Last Mile Delivery Finance, you'll help redefine how Finance supports our delivery business in achieving near-term and long-term goals.

You'll work side-by-side with leadership across the U.S. Supply Chain and Logistics organization in developing efficient business processes. You'll work with and be visible to executive leadership within the Walmart U.S. Division.

What you'll do:

• Manage Data Sets and Financial Analysis for different areas of Walmart's vast order delivery business

• Create and Validate Large Data Sets across multiple departments and third-party businesses for retail order deliveries

• Collaborate with Teams across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics to align opportunities for process improvement

• Present to Senior Leadership our monthly financial close metrics and financial statement components such as cashflow, equity and other comprehensive P/L metrics for many areas across the omnichannel last mile delivery business

• Investigate and Provide Explanations of residual balances and profit and loss (P&L) accounts and balance of year expectations

• Prepare Financial Budgets through evaluation of business plans

• Use New Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to track indicators such as volume and productivity

You'll sweep us off our feet if:

• You experience in FP&A, data modeling, analytics tools or related financial analysis with a large corporation or management consulting firm.

• You have experience with the Google Cloud Storage (GCS) Platform Big Query Tool, SQL for finance or operations, or Query for ANSI-compliant relational databases and building data sets and pipelines.

• You have experience in FP&A and Finance Strategy for major order delivery operations within a large corporate environment.

• You can manage process improvement and the standardization of financial models.

• You have experience developing scorecards, dashboards and clear financial metrics.

• You excel at presenting financial cases to partners and senior-level management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.

• MBA highly preferred

• 2 year of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects

• Supply Chain, Last Mile Delivery or eCommerce Finance experience

• Experience working in Fortune 100 finance

• Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.

• Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency

• Comfort with ambiguity

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

?

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
