Senior Manager of Enterprise Analytics

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Analytics for one of our top manufacturing clients. This individual must have a leading-by-example style with technical and leadership skills and a passion for data. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of 7 data analysts and business intelligence specialists. They need strong SQL, Database, Datawarehouse, and Data Visualization skills. This person needs to be successful at driving projects and initiatives forward and committing to deadlines with strong cross-functional leadership to effectively manage and deliver comprehensive analysis services and solutions to business units. The main focus in this role is the transformation of data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. You will manage the full lifecycle from concept-delivery of analytics projects and ensure this organization's data is leveraged to support the primary business objectives and drive competitive advantage.

Skills and Requirements

-8+ years of data analytics or business intelligence experience

-3+ years in a leadership role

-5+ years building dashboards of 100 + apps

-Data analysis tools: SQL, R, Python

-Hands-on experience with Data Visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik

-Experience creating a successful portfolio of applications from scratch

-Financial Planning mindset-MBA preferred

-Heavy reporting experience, particularly Ad Ho

-Batchelor's degree in quantitative field: Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering -Industry experience in banking, manufacturing, or railcar

-Generative AI knowledge or experience null
