    What you'll do...

    As a Senior Manager for Program Management - Policy Development , you will oversee multiple policy-related projects with a focus on modernization and simplification while maintaining compliance. Your role will involve assessing the business climate and making recommendations for necessary changes. Additionally, you will provide counsel across the company to ensure policies are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with business objectives.

    You will be responsible for driving decisions, balancing the needs of policy owners, regulatory requirements, and stakeholders. Applying rigor to your initiatives, setting clear objectives and key results, driving progress, and effectively communicating outcomes will be key to your success. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and innovative leader who excels in managing business challenges and leading change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.     • You excel at consulting with and bringing stakeholder teams together to identify gaps and develop realistic solutions.

    • You have experience in improving and designing processes or policies from the perspective of the end user.

    • You are comfortable with change and have strong change management experience.

    • You're familiar with balancing many activities simultaneously and have the agility to re-prioritize tasks as required.

    • You have a background in consulting, project management, and/or business strategy.

    • You have significant experience in policy management to include writing policies in an easy to understand manner for all associates.

    • You're not comfortable with the status quo but instead are constantly looking to improve outcomes.

    • You shine at connecting the dots across policies and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness of improvement solutions.

    • You have great listening skills and can influence a variety of audiences.

    • Evaluating program performance and identifying key performance indicators and trends.

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage processes and improve service and product capabilities.

    • Driving informed decision-making and resolution of critical issues with senior leaders.

    • Ensuring business needs are met by evaluating current plans and initiatives and soliciting suggestions for improvement.

    • Executing multiple business plans and projects, identifying needs, removing barriers, and measuring progress.

    • Promoting and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

    The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

    Minimum Qualifications...

    2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.

    3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
