  • Position Summary...

    What you'll do...

    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager to lead our front-end engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Ad technology, a passion for page performance improvements, and a proven track record in building SDKs for multi-tenants. As a leader, you will be tasked with managing a team of highly skilled engineers, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving the team towards achieving strategic company goals.

    What you will do

    Technical Leadership: Drive the technical vision and strategy for the front-end team. Stay current with cutting-edge technologies and best practices in Ad technology, SDKs, and front-end development.

    Performance Improvement: Lead efforts in improving page performance and ensure optimal user experience. Develop and implement strategies for continuous performance improvements.

    SDK Development: Oversee the design and development of SDKs for multi-tenants. Ensure the development of robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.

    Team Management: Manage a team of highly skilled engineers. Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. Facilitate team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions.

    Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure high standards of quality.

    Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.

    What you'll bring:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

    Proven experience as a Senior Engineering Manager or similar role.

    Extensive experience in Ad technology and front-end development. Demonstrated experience in building SDKs for multi-tenants.

    Strong knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks.

    Excellent leadership and team management skills.

    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

    Minimum Qualifications...

    Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 7 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
