What you'll do...

The Enterprise Client Experiences team is looking for an experienced technical leader to join the Global Tech Organization as a Senior Manager, working alongside a team of talented engineers to deliver a data strategy for our modern client experiences that associates trust to power anytime, anywhere work.

The Enterprise People Technology team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise. What you'll do:

• Lead and grow a team of data engineers.

• Develop and execute the data & telemetry strategy for Enterprise Client Experience.

• Identify areas of opportunity in the organization and devise actionable plans to address them.

• Work across departments and collaborate with managers, product owners, project managers, architects, and senior engineers.

• Partner with the Program Management team to define & report on the status of deliverables.

What you'll bring:

• Proven people leader who can drive change and grow their direct reports.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven product management experience, with demonstrated success in defining & delivering data/analytics solutions.

• Strong familiarity with SQL & database concepts.

• Experience leading multi-functional project teams and working cross functionally.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 5 years'experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization-related technologies.Option 2: 7 years' experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization relatedtechnologies.

2 years' supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.

Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 3 Years of relevant experience in configuration management, developing automation for Provisioning and Orchestration, experience developing and managing service-level objectives (SLOs)/service level indicators (SLIs) for Infrastructure Service availability and performance, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
