    The Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for driving communications excellence across Oshkosh Corporation's Vocational segment. This position will have the unique opportunity to create excitement and drive preference to multiple brands in the company's portfolio through meaningful communications, storytelling and relationship building.

    YOUR IMPACT:

    These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

    • Drive consistency in internal communications across businesses in the Oshkosh Corporation Vocational segment through the creation and execution of standard work, best practices, and communication templates.

    • Develop and execute meaningful communication strategies and content which engage various audiences and supports broader business goals and initiatives.

    • Create content using communication channels including but not limited to emails, newsletters, intranet, social media, digital signage, company meetings and more.

    • Captivate internal and external audiences through compelling storytelling with authenticity and brand alignment.

    • Support marketing and communication needs for various internal and external company events.

    • Drive preference to Oshkosh Corporation businesses through impactful recruitment marketing.

    • Work collaboratively with various functions and leaders throughout the Vocational segment.

    • Monitor and measure the impact and effectiveness of communication methods and content.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.

    • Four (4) to Six (6) years of experience in marketing, public relations, or communications.

    • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

    STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience with business transformation including organizational changes, M & A, etc.

    • Graphic design experience.

    • Exceptional writing and editing skills - background in business writing, journalism, copy editing and original writing.

    • Strong project management and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency using business software including Microsoft Office suite.
