    Job Description:

    The Senior Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote ABA events--marketing strategies include aspects of traditional marketing, channel marketing, drip campaigns and digital marketing. This position will work with internal stakeholders to ensure that attendee goals are reached and that marketing projects remain on-time and on-budget.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with Market Segment Strategist to develop and execute marketing strategy, including identifying campaign goals and target audiences for ABA conferences and schools. Partner with Member Communications-Content team to develop event theme and messaging for all channels.

    • Work with Creative Director and graphic designer(s) to develop the overall look for each event and define specific design needs including ads, brochures, videos and other graphics.

    • Develop and execute a marketing plan leveraging all appropriate channels including Web, Direct Mail and Print Collateral, Digital Advertising, E-mail, and Social Media marketing.

    • In partnership with internal teams, work cross-functionally to promote ABA events: develop press releases, media kits, exhibitor and sponsorship prospectus, and cross-promotional opportunities and toolkits.

    • Partner with the Events team to develop the onsite attendee experience: website and attendee landing pages, social media schedule and content, exhibit hall signage, booth design, registration kiosks and attendee collateral and promotions. Develop and design General and Concurrent session staging, graphics videos, speaker templates and livestreams, and mobile app promotions, communications and promoted posts.

    • Management of event budget

    • Provide campaign status updates and results to stakeholders on a weekly basis and present a debrief at the end of the event

    • Other duties as assigned by business need.

    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred or commensurate experience.

    • 6-8 years' experience leading and managing email, social media, digital marketing, and print advertising campaigns required.

    • Experience using Google Analytics to pivot campaign strategy and drive impact and performance.

    • Ability to travel as required by business need.

    • Experience with email marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Hubspot or Salesforce.

    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

    • Knowledge of creative process and how to provide clear creative direction.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and proofreading ability.

    • Strong project management experience with ability to drive to consensus across cross-functional teams.

    • Excellent customer service focus.
