  • Position Summary...

    What you'll do...

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our International Store & Club Operations team. As Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with our businesses worldwide to develop and implement strategies aimed at simplifying and reducing reverse logistics and merchandise waste. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, designing innovative solutions, and driving sustainable practices within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, logistics, and waste reduction, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, sustainability, and sales, to understand business needs and develop a comprehensive strategy to simplify and reduce reverse logistics, merchandise waste, and donations.

    • Conduct extensive market research and analysis to identify global trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in reverse logistics and waste reduction.

    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our organization's reverse logistics processes, merchandise waste management, and donation practices across different regions.

    • Define and prioritize product requirements based on business needs, market trends, and sustainability goals.

    • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

    • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop innovative and user-friendly solutions that simplify reverse logistics, reduce merchandise waste, and enhance donation management.

    • Create and deliver product training materials and documentation to ensure successful adoption and implementation of new initiatives globally.

    • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of implemented solutions, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

    • Stay informed about industry regulations and sustainability standards related to reverse logistics and waste reduction, and ensure compliance within our organization.

    • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to regional teams in implementing efficient reverse logistics and waste reduction practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

    • Proven experience (X years) in product management, preferably in the logistics or waste management industry.

    • Strong understanding of reverse logistics processes, merchandise waste management, and sustainability practices.

    • Familiarity with global market trends and emerging technologies in reverse logistics and waste reduction.

    • Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on time.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.

    • Ability to travel internationally as needed.

    The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

    Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
