    As Senior Product Manager, Upstream Marketing, you will be responsible for new product development and global launches of capital platform, as well as lifecycle management and sustaining activities of the capital portfolio. This position will require substantial collaboration with research and development and cross-functions and all regions to develop strategies for capital platform design and deployment, service, software, and other sustaining activities.

    What you'll need (Required):

    • Bachelor's Degree in related field

    • Minimum of 8 years of related experience working in marketing or healthcare industry or Master's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of related experience working in marketing or healthcare industry

    What else we look for (Preferred):

    • In addition, this role will be responsible for executing the global strategy to convert legacy platforms to new systems. We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative, and strategic individual who possesses strong marketing acumen and the ability to effectively communicate and drive strategies across all regions.

    • Planning marketing projects and activities with accountability for successful completion within scope of project deliverables including supporting technical team meetings and driving product design requirements using voice of customer inputs

    • Manage and lead communication around end-of-life strategy across each region while developing strategy for conversion opportunity to new capital platform

    • Manage sustaining documentation, collateral, and promotional material updates

    • Manage regional ambiguity about legacy and sustaining products

    • Implement innovative service and software strategy globally

    • Lead all capital system quarterly calls with each region and develop effective cadence to meet region requests and needs

    • Creating marketing and brand plans, tools and collateral by applying knowledge of value proposition, segmentation, targeting, positioning and messaging and gain approval with appropriate stakeholders. Develop creative briefs and manage communication with one existing agency/vendor

    • Collaborating with management to create, communicate and execute global market strategies and actionable market plans to advance the business and generate value

    • Collecting and interpreting voice of customer (VOC) in order to define product requirements

    • Providing direction and guidance to smaller project teams to execute tactical marketing projects and/or initiatives

    • Identifying and evaluating marketing process improvements and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities

    • Partnering closely with key thought leaders to anticipate the future market environment, changes in economic climate, the onset of new competitors including substitutes and adjacent players and to predict/drive future needs for current and future customers

    For California, the base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $170,000 (highly experienced).
