    About the role

    The purpose of this position is responsibility for a specific business area or program within an assigned client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Key focus areas include interpersonal structure development, continuous improvement, project management, and people leadership.

    What you'll do

    • Responsible for the performance, development, and retention of subordinates within your assigned work group.

    • Works with client, peers, subordinates, and / or a combination thereof, to further define, implement, and manage processes as they relate to the delivery of MAC (Move, Add, Change) & FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) related projects.

    • Works with client, peers, subordinates, and / or a combination thereof, to further define, implement, and manage Moves, Adds, and Changes within the assigned client account.

    • Review organizational structure and provide recommendations to drive synergies and efficiencies throughout the Move, Add, Change/ FF&E organization.

    • Promote and maintain an environment consistent with CBRE values including Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.

    • Responsible for ensuring your assigned work group develops, executes, and carries out work assignments that consistently meet established key performance indicators for the client account, while following both CBRE and client policies and procedures.

    • Regularly provide organizational business reports to the Managing Director within the assigned client account.

    • Consistently balance the needs of the customer, employee, and shareholder while meeting organizational objectives.

    • Consistently embrace and promote a culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

    • Recruitment of resources to successfully meet the requirements of your project portfolio.

    • Manage and foster healthy relationships with external consultants and vendors while holding them accountable in delivering their scope of work in a timely and consistent fashion.

    • Identify and correct inefficiencies and deficiencies with vendors providing products and services to your assigned work group.

    • Develop, implement, and maintain a succession plan for the Senior Program Manager - MAC & FF&E

    • Ensure direct, indirect, and / or outsourced service providers and vendors provide consistent, high-quality services at a fair value.

    • Support CBRE initiatives by participating on steering committees as required. Additionally, ensure smooth transition of initiatives into your assigned work group.

    • Possess ability to create effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, and senior leadership.

    • Possess ability to solve advanced problems resulting from complex situations.

    What you'll need

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred.

    • Previous experience in a leadership role considered a plus, although not required.
