  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field

    • PMP certification is a plus

    • Minimum 10 years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience

    • Must have experience working in a Professional Services environment

    • Familiarity with managing key project financial components (cost and revenue) to ensure projects are delivered within budget

    • Experience managing projects with 100+ physical sites - multisite deployments

    • Expertise a creating and managing a detailed project plan including variances, baselines, predecessors/successors, and critical path

    • Experience managing risks and issues, working with owners to drive mitigation or resolution, escalating when necessary

    • Experience with 3 rd party partner lead deployments, as the project manager

    • Able to manage multiple projects at once with varied infrastructure technologies

    • Able to proactively drive projects to successful conclusions balancing scope, time, and resources

    • Excellent internal and customer facing written and verbal communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

    • Comfortable with difficult conversations and conflict management

    • Role model/mentor for Project Coordinators and Managers

    • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones as needed

    • 0-15% Travel required
