You will join a team that is redefining value in healthcare through the integration of advanced analytics, clinical insights and transformative digital capabilities.Role OverviewWe are expanding our Sales Team and looking for sales professionals to join a driven group of pipeline-focused individuals. This role will engage with payer and provider leadership to understand their current challenges and needs. The technology based solutions in our suite of products include Interoperability Solution, Core Claims Platforms, Quality & Clinical Analytics Tools, Revenue Management Software, Digital Engagement Solutions and comprehensive BPaaS Services for health plan and pharmacy benefit ~~~ the Senior Sales Executive role, you will be responsible for generating sales for our full suite of health solutions. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with strategic internal partners to execute the sales strategy, including sales support, marketing, and product/service owners. This role operates mostly independently, with guidance from Sales Leadership; the focus may include a blend of existing accounts and new business. Travel is required on a regular basis and can be based out of any location or home office.Responsibilities+ Develop new business for SS&C Health through taking point on entire sales process including lead generation, qualification, proposal development and managing sales processes to successful closure+ Create and explore new business opportunities i.e. new clients, new services, new markets and geographies, and maintain a network of relationships with key influencers + Effective utilization of sales support tools and resources including: direct marketing strategies, sales force building, sales process management and marketing support materials+ Develop and present sound business conclusions from gathered information+ Maintain knowledge of industry trends and their potential impact on SS&C Health. Provide appropriate guidance to internal product teams based on market experience to continuously improve offering+ Attend and network at Healthcare related Industry EventsQualifications+ Bachelor's degree and 10-12 years of relevant work experience or a Master's degree and 8-10 years of equivalent work-related experience+ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills+ Ability to work cross functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency+ Strong background in complex selling situations and ability to cultivate and maintain executive relationships+ Proven success selling diversified product solution and services; experience with technology/digital services + Ability to travel as needed to meet goals+ Knowledge of the health plan and provider markets preferredLocation:Kansas City MissouriSS&C is an equal opportunity employer and values a diverse and inclusive workplace.
