    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Tier 1 Supply Chain and Operations Director this role is key in connecting our System integrator and T1 supply chain execution teams with our customers (Capacity Planning and New Product/technology introduction teams). This role is responsible for enabling operations planning for our new liquid cooled racks starting with GPU's and extending across other platforms. The role will work closely with our capacity planning and NPI teams to understand the customer demand and partner with SI sourcing, SI and supply chain execution teams to align on fulfillment strategy (build-to-order vs build-to-stock), target stocking levels and factory outputs to meet customer needs. Key outcomes and metrics for this role are customer fulfillment lead-times and bi-dimensional supply health (ensuring healthy supply while also minimizing overall and aging inventory). The role of Senior Supply Chain Program Manager will also be responsible for driving cross-functional projects and business initiatives for Supply Chain Operations Team (SCOM) and Cloud Manufacturing and Fulfilment (CMOF) to improve customer experience and reduce operational costs for the liquid cooled rack deployments.

    The primary focus will be on process improvements driving operational excellence as well as some operational assignments.

    • Drive cross-functional process improvements with key stakeholders

    • Drive projects and workstreams for assigned strategic initiatives

    • Represent SCOM leadership team in various forums and work with the teams on actions and deliverables

    • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, and Suppliers to establish and ensure all requirements for fulfillment are met

    • Interface with demand planning, deployment, sourcing, logistics, data center operations and engineering to build processes, drive optimization, garner supply chain efficiencies and improve delivery performance

    • Lead key strategic initiatives for the organization along with a project team / cross functional team

    • Collection, synthesis, and communication of analytics and insights to drive strategies and decision making for executives Current Experience in IT / high-tech electronics or Manufacturing / Service supply chain?

    • Communication, problem solving skills - ability to manage competing priorities, set clear expectations, collaborate, identify objectives, develop and deliver feedback in written, oral, and presentation formats for partner teams, and executive management.??

    • Project Management skills involving multiple global System Integrators and Internal partners. High comfort with handling multiple ongoing priorities and escalations.? Customer-focus and attention to detail.?

    • Capable of performing complex data analysis to identify problems or opportunities to improve supply chain performance?

    • Skilled in Customer Relationship building, and Cross-functional collaboration opportunities.??

    • Skills and knowledge in root cause analysis/problem solving and the ability to implement and drive corrective actions and efficiencies (ability to hold people accountable, and drive closure)?

    • Ability to work well in ambiguous situations, and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and changes?

    • Support organization-wide projects to improve delivery, reliability, and agility; leveraging others effectively to support internal business team goals?

    • Ability to travel up to 15-25%, including internationally?

    Qualifications

    Required/Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience

    • OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 1+ year(s) supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience

    • OR equivalent experience.

    Other Requirements:

    Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

    • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 8+ years' experience Planning and/or manufacturing operations in an Electronics, or high-volume supply chain and or applicable Manufacturing / Hardware production environment?

    • Experience in project or program management with proven track record of successfully setting up and executing supply chain operational processes

    • Ability to lead in ambiguous situations, and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and changes in a cross-functional fast-paced environment

    • Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to build relationships and influence across multiple layers in the organization

    • Customer-focused mindset and an established track record of driving and achieving customer-driven targets and goals

    • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and PBI, Lean-6 sigma black/green belt, Kaizen, CPIM/CSCP certification, or relevant project and process experience preferred?

    Supply Planning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
