Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States. This role involves the complete recruitment cycle in a healthcare setting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. You will be part of a fast-paced work environment where your skills in leadership, talent acquisition, and human resources (HR) administration will be put to good use.

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle recruiting for healthcare roles, which includes sourcing, applicant screening, conducting interviews, and setting up new hires for the HR department.

• Utilize the Applicant Track System and other relevant software to manage talent acquisition processes effectively.

• Leverage your expertise in hiring processes to ensure the selection of the best candidates.

• Conduct phone and preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles.

• Schedule interviews and ensure a seamless recruitment process for all stakeholders.

• Utilize various talent sourcing platforms to attract quality candidates.

• Process outsourcing as needed to fulfill recruitment needs.

• Work closely with the HR department in the administration of HR-related tasks.

• Demonstrate leadership skills in managing recruitment processes and collaborating with team members.

• Screen interviews efficiently to shortlist potential hires.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Applicant Track System and Paycor

• Demonstrable experience in managing Hiring Processes

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Strong Leadership Skills

• Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting

• In-depth understanding of Talent Acquisition

• Ability to Conduct Interviews effectively

• Experience in Applicant Screening

• Understanding of Process outsourcing

• Proven skills in Talent Sourcing

• Ability to conduct Phone Interviews and Preliminary Interviews

• Experience in scheduling and screening Interviews

• Skilled in Interviewing techniques and strategies
