    We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager in Los Angeles, California. The role involves managing the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, receipt processing, and monitoring AR aging. The successful candidate will lead and manage an AR/Collections team, track and forecast revenue and cash, and manage a rapidly increasing volume of customers and invoices.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the full cycle Accounts Receivable management: including invoicing, receipt processing, and monitoring AR aging.

    • Manage an AR/Collections team.

    • Track and forecast revenue and cash.

    • Handle an increasing volume of customers and invoices.

    • Manage relationships with lockbox and banking.

    • Ensure multiple systems are aligned, integrated, and operating as designed.

    • Analyze and report on revenue and cash.

    • Determine contract analysis and revenue recognition.

    • Manage NetSuite advance revenue module.

    • Prepare and review A/R and Revenue related audit requests.

    Skills

    • Knowledge of Revenue Recognition.

    • Experience with Billing.

    • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR).

    Requirements - Candidate must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable management or related field.

    • Proficiency in Revenue Recognition is essential for this role.

    • Experience in Billing and Accounts Receivable (AR) is a critical requirement.

    • The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

    • The ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports is required.

    • Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheets is desired.

    • The candidate should have a strong understanding of regulatory standards in the accounting and finance sector.

    • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

    • The candidate should have a proven track record in managing and directing a team.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions are necessary.

    • The candidate must have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.

    • A professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is preferred.
