    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Director to lead our global SAP initiatives at Micron, willing to fully relocate to Boise, ID. As the Sr. Director, you will be responsible for leading our SAP systems across our global organization. The ideal candidate will have a good background in the semiconductor or high-tech industry, along with expertise in S4 HANA migration. Additionally, the candidate must have a consistent track record of successfully working in a global company.

    Responsibilities and Tasks:

    • ·Lead Global SAP Strategy: Develop and implement the global SAP strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals and objectives. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAP systems and processes.·Team Management: Build and lead an impactful global SAP team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.·S4 HANA Migration: Drive and lead all aspects of the successful migration from legacy SAP systems to S4 HANA across the organization. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define the migration roadmap, ensure project timelines are met, and minimize disruptions to business operations.· Team member Engagement: Collaborate closely with key team members, including executives, business leaders, and IT teams, to understand business requirements and align SAP initiatives with business needs. Communicates the value of SAP solutions and gain consensus from team members at all levels.·Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with SAP solution providers, system integrators, and consultants. Evaluate and select external vendors as needed. Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.·SAP System Governance: Establish and maintain effective governance processes to ensure compliance, security, and data integrity across SAP systems. Develop and implement standards and policies for SAP system management.·Budget and Resource Management: Develop and lead the SAP budget, including forecasting and cost control. Optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency and effectiveness of SAP initiatives.·Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest advancements and trends in SAP technology. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to drive business value.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP system management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

    • Experience in leading S4 HANA migration projects is preferred

    • In-depth knowledge of SAP modules, including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR.

    • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to encourage and empower a team.

    • Strategic problem solver who translate business needs into SAP solutions.

    • Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget management.

    • Willingness to fully relocate to Boise, ID
