    the role of the Global ERP Program Senior Director is to provide strategy, vision and support for the project team.

    Responsibilities

    Leadership

    • Lead the efforts in development of a project vision

    • Manage development of the detailed plans by project team leaders

    • Provide direct program / project management support to team members

    • Report project status to the Program Leadership and Steering Committee Team

    • Champion the program methodology

    Management

    • Establish guidelines for project planning and provide ongoing oversight

    • Develop and communicate ongoing project status reports

    • Establish procedures for issue management, scope management, risk management, and project communications.

    • Oversee the Scope management process

    • Coordinate overall project staffing

    • Responsible for financial activities associated with the program

    • Implement the program methodology, including training and ongoing guidance of project leaders

    • Define standards for project documentation

    • Coordinate periodic quality assurance reviews

    • Oversight responsibilities for Quality Assurance, Risk, and Compliance Management

    • Work with appropriate Bausch Health project management to acquire and schedule project team business resources

    • Coordinate and manage SI (System Integration) consulting resources

    • Coordinate and manage SO (System Outsourcing & Hosting) resources

    • Consult with and advise Bausch Health leadership on project planning, implementation methodology, scope definition, ERP functionality, best practices, and training

    • Manage resolution and escalation of project issues timely

    • Alert Bausch Health Leadership of any perils to a successful, on-schedule, within budget completion of the project

    • Review the quality and completeness of all formal program deliverables and assist in obtaining formal acceptance and sign-off

    • Facilitate the integration of the ERP effort with other related work streams

    • Provide overall leadership for process design and integration across process teams

    • Lead the prioritization of enhancements across the Business Teams

    • Work with the process team leaders in providing a cross-functional view

    • Work closely with Infrastructure Lead to verify that technical environments are set up and Promote to Production strategy is reviewed when required

    • Verify proper cross-team communication to aid quality resolution of integration issues

    • Take ownership of complex and integrated design issues across process teams to provide full process and systems integration

    • Take responsibility for resolving major integration issues that cross project teams and involve SMPs (subject matter professionals) as necessary

    • Verify that work delivered across teams is consistent with program quality standards

    • Develop approach for the ownership of the key data objects that are shared across business teams

    • Create a uniform approach to the creation and administration of Master Data

    • Facilitate integrated Walkthroughs

    Qualifications

    • Proven global program management experience

    • Demonstrated successful Global ERP system implementation experience

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to provide continuity and manage personnel transitions throughout the duration of the ERP Program

    • Knowledge of overall project lifecycle methodology and discipline

    • Knowledgeable of the financial management procedures associated with running a Global ERP Program

    • Fully operational in: project management, change management, business planning and implementation, information management

    • Deep knowledge of ERP business functionality

    • Appreciation for overall components of a successful ERP environment

    • Expertise to drive integration of strategy, organization, process, and system components of a global program

    • Excellent analytical and communication skills

    • Facilitation and issue resolution skills

    • Experience working on large multiple business function modules within ERP implementations

    • Strong understanding and experience in the business processes, industry and functional applications

    • Deep knowledge and experience of specific industry requirements

    • Deep knowledge and experience of relevant Validation and Compliance requirements for an ERP programDeliverable focused
