    About the Role

    This is a new role that will be responsible for leading a team of product marketers who are integral to designing and developing real estate solutions for the largest corporations across the globe. In this position, you will be involved at the earliest stages of product development including market analysis and voice of the customer, product positioning and the creation of core internal and go-to-market elements.

    You will be integral in building the overall strategy and direction of the team and leading key product initiatives. You will be designing, developing, and implementing marketing programs to support new and enhanced real estate solutions including integrated facilities management, workplace experience, project management and sustainability solutions all underpinned with industry-leading technology and data.

    This job is a part of CBRE's GWS Global Marketing reporting directly to the head of GWS Marketing. This role matrixes into the Head of CBRE's Global Product Marketing and will work directly with GWS's Chief Product Officer and key Product leaders.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide strategic guidance to key stakeholders defining the vision and strategy to improve business performance and drive growth.

    • Collaborate closely with product, content, digital and brand Center of Excellence partners to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and deliver a consistent client experience.

    • Supports leaders in the product organization within our Global Workplace Solutions team working on such products as sustainability and facilities management.

    • Promote operational excellence by setting clear expectations, deploying the appropriate resources, prioritizing the most critical work and setting milestones and timelines to accomplish the scope of work needed to meet business objectives.

    • Exhibit excellent people leadership skills through coaching, developing and empowering talent. Build a culture that aligns to the company's values, leverages the strengths and capabilities of each person on the team and invests in their growth and career aspirations.

    • Understand the competitive landscape. Provide internal and external insights into what is going on in the market through market intelligence, including competitive activity, and Voice of the Customer programs.

    • Core to the role is responsibility for all Go-to-market material development including presentations, website, etc.

    • Stretch projects as assigned. In this position, you'll be exposed to all dimensions of Marketing encompassing digital, brand, content, talent, and beyond.

    • To thrive in this role, you must have a minimum of 12+ years of related work experience (e.g. consulting, services, financial services, technology), including marketing experience where you worked at a large organization presenting complex ideas and campaigns to people at all levels to drive measurable change.

    • You should also have a background in managing (directly or indirectly) at least five marketing professionals that produced deliverables based on your direction while working in a matrix organization.

    • You should understand maintaining the integrity of a brand across multiple marketing channels and feel confident creating your own concepts as well.

    • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and design innovative sales tools/methods to support a B2B model.

    • Experience simplifying complexity and designing innovative selling systems to support B2B model.

    New York City Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Product Marketing Sr Director position is $190,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $220,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
