  • Business Unit: Job Summary:Responsible for strategic leadership and direction for key strategicand often complex programs, providing an overall program managementstrategy and providing direct program management and consulting, asnecessary. Build and maintain organizational knowledge as it relates tothe function of managing projects and programs. Provide leadership anddirection for diverse and complex functions and contributes to thedevelopment of the organization's business strategy. Interprets businessstrategy and develops organizational objectives to align with thisstrategy. Performs staff performance assessments, salary reviews, and bonusawards.- Works with other organizations to continuously improve businessprocesses.- Keeps abreast of new developments in project management methodologies,agile practices, best practices, industry standards and strategictechnology focus as appropriate.- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in mattersof significance.- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
