    THE POSITION

    The Commercial Sr. Finance Manager will play a key role on helping shape Honeywell commercial priorities and drive improved business results through insightful analysis, timely reporting, and strong processes. This highly visible role will partner with VP of Pricing on driving pricing strategies and performance through eh organization, partner with Commercial CFO on driving overheads budget management, and support our commercial digital transformation efforts such as pricing measurement automation and Marketing spending.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Partner with the Pricing VP and team on: Setting up Pricing Targets and analyzing pricing Plans' sufficiency and phasing. Understand where GAPs are and partner to drive closure.

    • Be the finance lead on the Pricing close process, understanding clearly variances vs forecast. Analyze trends during the month and YTD. Drive Price audits on results.

    • Lead, and coach financial Sr Analyst, on Commercial and High-Growth Regions overheads budget management. Ensure timely and accurate close process is performed. Drive well-informed forecasting process and insightful reporting of the budgets.

    • Drive controls and analysis on our Marketing spending for the Corporate team and across all of the SBGs. As well as partner with the Marketing team on Investment ROI analysis.

    • Drive our VCM walks (Variable Contribution Margin) consolidation process. As well as partner with the various global FP&A teams to understand drivers of the results.

    • Partner with Honeywell Strategic Account Team to develop targets, report actual performance vs targets, analyze pipeline sufficiency, perform ad-hoc analysis, and compute Sales Achievement for SIP Payouts

    • Deliver in-depth financial and trend analysis for the Commercial KPIs. Partner with the commercial stakeholders on Risks and Opportunities analysis and GAP closure efforts.

    • Prepare and provide analyses and information for key presentations and reporting packs such as MBRs, Commercial day, Board of Directors, and Earnings Release.

    • Be the finance partner on EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) | Digital transformation for commercial projects such as Pricing Automation, Customer 360, and Marketing Spending Digi.

    • Support Commercial CFO with Regional topline analysis.

    • Commercial finance ah-hoc analysis as they come.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • 6 + years of Finance experience

    • Expert knowledge in Excel and Power Point

    PREFERRED

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

    • Financial systems and reporting experience (SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, CXO, Tableau)

    • Experience in analyzing large amounts of data

    • Exceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers)

    • Direct communication with transparency at all levels

    • Proven leadership and influencing skills

    • Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual

    • Ability to present findings in concise and informative manner

    • Strong executive presence, and communication and presentation skills.
