    The Sr HR Director Services of Regional Hospital Enterprise will lead, and direct practices related to employee and labor relations, management consulting, talent development, change management, integration, workforce planning, policy administration and performance management.

    Your duties will include but are not limited to

    • Leading a team of Hospital based HR Directors and HR Generalists to ensure consistent application of HR deliverables.

    • Serving as a member of a regional leadership team to establish and cascade goals and metrics related to human resources and enterprise initiatives.

    • Ensuring that HR Directors develop and maintain effective working relationships with leaders and managers.

    • Providing timely, effective, and reliable communications to ensure that HR Directors and HR Generalists are appropriately educated and informed of organizational initiatives and expectations.

    • Collaborating with other Senior Human Resources leaders to develop employee relations policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities :

    • Stays apprised of changes in employment law, labor law, healthcare policy and industry trends

    • Monitors compliance with applicable laws and regulations and ensures that proper documentation, record-keeping and reporting is performed in compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

    • Provides coaching and mentoring to leaders and managers on employee relations issues.

    • Assumes responsibility for successful labor negotiations and maintaining positive union relations.

    • Collaborates on union strategy, as appropriate

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.

    • Master's or Juris Doctor Degree preferred.

    Certifications:

    • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or other professional HR Certification is highly preferred

    Complexity of Work:

    • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

    • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

    Work Experience:

    • Work Experience: A minimum of 10 years of functionally relevant HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated management experience.

    • To include a minimum of 5 years Hospital based experience to demonstrate a basic understanding of hospital roles, operations, finance, and communications preferred.

    • Three years' experience may be offset with a Master's degree in Hospital or Healthcare Administration

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

    • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. For some roles, ability to travel to other locations, including international travel.

    • Ability to operate a computer, audio visual and other office equipment.

    • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including the ability to deliver any applicable training in person and virtually.

    • In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.

    Personal Protective Equipment:

    • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

    Pay Range

    Minimum hourly: $69.21

    Maximum hourly: $110.73

A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
