    Job Summary

    Business leader who specializes in Human Resources. Responsible for multiple Human Resources functions and works directly with leadership team. Enables the organization to achieve business objectives/goals through impactful leader consultation and guidance. Responsible for partnering with assigned client organizations and Human Resources team(s) to ensure strategies and initiatives are met. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Proactive partner with leaders to guide workforce planning and organizational design to support business leaders to drive growth. Owns the relationship with business leaders and executes HR center of excellence initiatives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has greater degree of impact on business results.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Organizational design consultation, execution , and implementation ? .

    • Program/Project work to support execution of? business ?initiatives to drive growth.? ?

    • Uses data to consult with business leaders on their organizational health plan ( OHE) development and execution ? .

    • Talent architect who ensures the business has the right people, in the right roles, with the right skills, at the right time while planning for future talent needs as the business continues to shift.

    • Develops, cultivates, attracts, and moves the talent of today to be ready for the needs of tomorrow.

    • Data-driven storyteller focused on how human capital can help drive business results.

    • Leads with balanced empathy and has the tough conversations that others might shy away from.

    • Support s the business organization with driving change necessary to plan now for the future of work.

    • Models inclusion and uses it to drive favorable business outcomes ? .

    • Assesses leadership talent by participat ing in selection and movement of talent across the?organization .

    • Champions our culture of empowerment , enabling strong business leaders who direct?their teams to achieve necessary business?outcomes. ?

    • Adopts division/company tools to achieve business results . ?

    • Identifies skill gaps and partners with SMEs to execute programs to eliminate gaps at?leader/organizational?levels ? .

    • Counsels, orients, and trains managers and supervisors on the interpretation and administration of Human Resources policies.

    • Recommends new approaches , policies, and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.

    • Manages direct reports. Ensures compliance with state, local and federal guidelines, and policies to protect the business and its employees.

    • Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies and programs are aligned with business initiatives.

    • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

    • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s ) and overtime as necessary.

    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
