Sr Manager, Tax

• Accounting for income taxes - Prepare and review tax account reconciliations & supporting documentation for financial reporting: maintaining accurate GL tax accounting

• Federal, and some State tax - Analysis and preparation of federal tax filings (1120,5471, 1042, 1630).

• ASC 740 and FIN 48 - prepare schedules and required disclosures. Detailed VA Analysis

• Internal Controls - design, execute and maintain operational and SOX controls and related documentation.

• Audits - Manage and support domestic tax audits

• Research - Monitor changes to US and foreign tax laws and regulations, assess impact and communicate recommendations to tax & financial leadership.

• Research - Monitor changes in sales, use and property tax laws, assess impact and communicate recommendations to tax leadership.

• Liaison - Interface with accounting, finance, treasury, HR, legal, and other internal customers to ensure appropriate management of tax reporting and risk management for the company.

• Tax Calendar- maintain and update quarterly and annual calendars.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• -Bachelor'sDegree (B.S.),MastersinTaxationorAccounting,CPA desirable.

• -6to8yearsofexperience,eithercorporateand/or public accountingexperience.

• -Experience withtaxsoftware-Oracle,One-stream, CorpTax,taxreturnprep,and research applications.

• -Taxresearchexperience.

• -Effectivecommunicationskills-executives,peers,subordinates

• -Taxauditmanagementexperience -federal,state,statutory

• -Experienceinleadingmajorprojects.
