Sr Portfolio Manager (Data Analytics)

Come lead our data product strategy and drive the transformation and modernization of our approach to data. We are evolving our data strategy across data infrastructure, reporting, analytics, and data science. Our Sr. Portfolio Manager for Data Analytics will partner closely with business leaders across Finance, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR to understand and deliver key data priorities to drive business outcomes.

Your leadership responsibilities include

• Understand the business to proactively identify highest priority data opportunities

• Establish a clear, prioritized product roadmap to deliver on stakeholder expectations and key business priorities

• Oversee shift to agile development to organize data team's work

• Drive the data product strategy

• Collect, define, refine, and manage business requirements and translate them into technical actions to enable software engineering teams.

• Capture, assess and fully understand internal customer needs to integrate into product strategy and roadmaps

• Lead by example through high integrity, servant-leadership, passion for excellence and building extraordinary teams

• Strive to improve top-line growth and bottom-line operational efficiency

• As an approachable leader, your strong communication and problem-solving mindset will enable innovative development

• Encourage a culture of innovators - identify opportunities to innovate and drive increased automation and efficiency

• 5+ years of experience driving transformational change and introducing enhanced processes for improved efficiency and better business outcomes.

• 5+ years experience leading and developing talent with strong inclusion and diversity

• 5+ years experience gathering and prioritizing stakeholder requirements and building roadmaps to ensure key customer milestones are met in an optimized and efficient manner

• Proven track record of collaborating with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive alignment, prioritization, business outcomes

• Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes and maintain a culture that ensures the appropriate balance in which quality products are produced in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Bachelors' or Master's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience

• Willingness to travel up to 15%, as needed.
