Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project/Program Manager to join our team for a project duration through the end of 2024, with the possibility of extension. This role will support enterprise projects with a focus on change management. Candidates with PMP Certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and recommendations in alignment with departmental/company objectives, leading implementation and tracking project status.

• Negotiate for resources and staff projects effectively, ensuring alignment of skills with project needs.

• Coordinate development and implementation of policies, procedures, and compliance measurements.

• Represent the company in meetings with external parties, including consultants and vendors.

• Assist with analysis and development of business processes to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.

• Evaluate project risks, develop contingency plans, and respond to changes in risk.

• Develop effective business process improvement initiatives and communication plans.

• Perform analytic functions and coach others in analytical production and technical areas.

• Document and present project management results, ensuring objectives are met and evaluating project performance.

• Develop and track budgets, operating plans, and financial forecasts.

Requirements

Hiring Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).

• 5+ years of experience in a related field.

• PMP Certification preferred.

• In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field.
