  • Responsibilities

    Plan, direct, develop and coordinate activities of the clinic(s) to ensure attainment of corporate goals and objectives Coordinate directly with the Managing Physicians to achieve the goals of the organization. Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures related to Finance, Managed Health Care, Quality Assurance/ Risk Management, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Resources at the clinic level.

    Salary Range: $ 122,247 - $151,015 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

    Qualifications

    Education

    Required: Bachelor's degree or 1 to 1: substitute years of equivalent supervisory/management administrative

    experience.

    Preferred: Masters degree

    Experience

    Required: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of previous supervisory/management experience

    or

    Master's Degree with 3 to 5 years experience

    Preferred: Ambulatory Care Management experience

    Required: Strong working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations.
