Randstad is currently seeking a Staff Accountant for a client of ous in the Sarasota/Bredenton area! Our client is seeking someone that will become an integeral part of their finacial operatios and use this position to grow their career. This role will be paying between $60-65k per year. Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with team members to support the preparation of financial data.

• Respond to inquiries from management and other departments regarding financial results and special reporting requests.

• Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of best practices in accounting procedures.
