    What you'll do...

    Walmart is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Item Page Team. We believe the item page is an absolutely essential building-block to a positive customer experience. Our goal is to ensure all customers are equipped with the information they need to easily make a confident purchasing decision. In this role you will be responsible for building and scaling core Item Page capabilities, including page navigation, decision-making-tools, core product information presentation, page layouts, and social proof mechanisms. This role involves working with many cross functional stakeholders including designers, engineers, business leaders, and product managers from other functional areas, such as fulfillment, marketplace, and financial services to develop and execute on the product vision and roadmap in a fast-paced environment.

    We're looking for an experienced product manager who is:

    • Customer Obsessed : you will always start with customer's needs first and obsess over every aspect of their experience. You will work to reduce customer effort and aim to delight then with what they need next. Never fail a customer!

    • Creative & Innovative : you are an innovative thinker and able to synthesize data from multiple sources to identify key unmet needs and solutions that can address the needs. You relish in solving problem in simplest possible way!

    • Collaborative & Influential : you have the ability to work collaboratively with a large number of teams and influence efficiently. You build bridges!

    • Curious & Data-driven : you are comfortable with big data technologies and ML tools. You consider yourself analytical and draw insights from new & varied information and inputs. You are always learning!

    • Strategic : you are able to translate product strategy into detailed specifications, making functional and user interface design tradeoffs, managing product launches and owning the product successes post-launch. You solve for long term while delivering results now.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in product management or in eCommerce, marketplaces or large-scale customer facing products.

    • Demonstrated track record of aligning to an overarching product vision, using data and analysis to support strategy and prioritization, and day to day product execution.

    • Strong user experience, analytics, and technical acumen.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with highly cross-functional teams.

    • Intellectually curious with a data driven mindset. Experience shipping and iterating based on data.

    • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms

    • Preferred Experience: MBA or top tier Management consulting experience with a technical orientation or MS with a digital product management orientation or 5+ years of product management experience
